Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY TIMES

Unless you’re having a product specially made, delivery is normally within 3-5 working days, and often much sooner.

You will receive a notification when your order has been dispatched. If you want more information about delivery for a product that you’ve already ordered, please contact me.

Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel (for example, bad weather or postal strikes). If this happens, I will contact you and, where possible and appropriate, will agree a revised delivery date with you. Once your order has been dispatched, I will be in touch again to let you know when to expect delivery.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
I gladly accept returns. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery.

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
